Reference Number 0000296630 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 30, 2025 12:00 PM CDT CT Chiller #1 Replacement WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 1 The work under this Contract includes the supply, supervision of assembly, and storage for the replacement of Chiller #1 at the Winnipeg Tax Centre, situated at 66 Stapon Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba. 2 The work includes but is not limited to: .1 Chiller supplier is responsible for the shipment and offloading of the chiller to the site. 2 Supply a complete packaged chiller unit in accordance with these specifications. .3 Deliver the packaged chiller to 66 Stapon Road for storage, offloading in responsibility of chiller supplier. 4 Chiller supplier is responsible for seciring the chiller (fencing, etc.) until it's installation takes place, visiting site periodically to ensure the chiller is in optimal conditions. .5 Provide a manufacturer's representative for all aspects of assembly, installation, commissioning and warranty of the chiller. .6 A manufacturer representative will conduct the chiller's start-up, approve installation, be present and participate in commissioning process with contractors, Cx Agent and BGIS Representative. .7 Coordinate and provide technical support to the installation contractor during the chiller's assembly, installation, commissioning, and warranty. .8 Manufacturers representative to document all aspects of assembly installation, start up and commissioning of the chiller. .9 Provide warranty for the chiller equipment for warranty period - 3 years of warranty from date of shipping.
