The supplier shall furnish and deliver Hydraulic Submersible Pump and Equipment all in accordance with the line-item descriptions, requirements, terms and conditions. EQUALS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. The purpose of this Request for Quote, is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract through competitive bidding for the purchase of Hydraulic Submersible Pump and Equipment for HRSD. The successful Contractor shall furnish Hydraulic Submersible Pump and Equipment for the South Shore Operations. A pre-bid conference/inspection of job site is not a requirement for this Request for Quote. HRSD reserves the right to waive informalities. Informality is a minor defect or variation of a solicitation or proposal from the exact requirements of the request, which does not affect the price, quality, and quantity or delivery schedule for the goods, services or construction being procured. The Chief of Procurement's decision shall be final.
