Duration of the contract: 4 months Tender Guarantee: A tender guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender Guarantee of performance: A guarantee of performance and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for pledges, materials and services equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount each.
