Renovation of a multi-residential development in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The project is expected to be awarded on August 28, 2025.** The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority VIII d/b/a South Mississippi Housing Authority is now accepting proposals for LVP installation at Pecan Chateau, Chateau Oaks, Myrtle Grove Pointe and Lexington Pointe, which are located in George and Jackson County. Install all plank flooring with new transition strips as required at the doorways, bedrooms, and closets. After the existing flooring has been removed, the contractor will need to ensure the flooring is level and no gaps before installing the new flooring. 2. Baseboards will not be removed or lowered to fill gap, quarter round (Primed) will be used and if gap is too large for quarter round then a 1x2 (Primed) will be placed against the baseboard and flush with the floor to fill gap. 3. Due to the manufacturer's delays, we are requesting multiple flooring options. Option 1- Mohawk- Westward 2.0, color selection Juneau 812. If you are unable to purchase this flooring, we will consider a similar product and color. (Owner Approved) The contractor must field verify all measurements. SMHA will not be responsible for incorrect pricing submitted due to lack of verifying measurements. The contractor will have no more than two (2) SMHA workdays to respond to the property manager's request and must complete the flooring within two (2) SMHA working days. If the contractor does not respond to the property manager's request within two (2) SMHA working days, the Property Manager reserves the right to move to the next contractor in the rotating pool. The property manager reserves the right to extend the number of days on a unit, if necessary. The contractor must perform these services during normal SMHA working hours, which are typically Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM. Please check with each property manager to determine the exact hours of operation per location. No work will be completed on weekends or holidays.
