The successful Contractor shall provide two coats of High Density Mineral Bond (HDMB) to the roads listed for this contract. 2. Contractor to crack seal pavement before High Density Mineral Bond installation. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for all traffic control during the project. 4. Contractor will meet with the Travis County Engineering Staff to agree upon a construction schedule and road closure plan. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for transportation of residents from their homes to a designated parking area during the drying stage, if necessary. 6. Contractor will coordinate with the Waste Management to maintain garbage pickup services. 7. Contractor will prepare and distribute a flyer to the affected residents with contact numbers to request transportation three (3) days in advance of the project beginning. 8. The Contractor will supply a general information letter to the affected residents of the project 7 to 14 days in advance of the project. 9. Contractor shall re-stripe stop-bars and crosswalks.
