Includes: Removal of membranes, insulation, support panels. Full demolition of Sector 3 roof (bardeaux, trusses, insulation, old waterproofing system, soffits, metal cladding, vents, etc.). Structural corrections and drainage improvements. Installation of new elastomeric membrane roofing on flat sections. Reconstruction of sloped roof with new trusses, insulation, vapor barrier, decking, membranes, and shingles. New metal-clad overhangs, relocation of equipment, new roof ventilators, flashing, drains, ladders, and accessories.
