The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development ("HPD") invites developers to submit proposals for a new construction project in Community District 2 of Queens. Site Location The Site is located on a City-owned lot at 52-42 2nd Street (Block 6, Lot 40) between 55th Avenue and 56th Avenue in Queens Community District 2. Site Description The Site is an irregularly shaped lot that fronts onto three streets and a linear park. It has approximately 147 feet of frontage on Center Boulevard, 363 feet of frontage on 56th Avenue, 240 feet of frontage on 2nd Street, and 308 feet of frontage on the linear park. The Site is currently vacant.
