Reference Number 0000296647 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/04 04:00:00 PM EDT This Project consists of the replacement of AHU-108 at Robarts Research Institute. The successful mechanical contractor shall be the Prime Contractor. The Mechanical Contractor shall purchase the custom air handling unit and issue a formal Purchase Order to the vendor. The Mechanical Contractor shall assume all shipping, installation, commissioning and warranty work associated with the purchase. Mechanical contractor to submit formal shop drawings for consultant's approval prior unit goes into production. The scope involves the replacement of the AHU108 air handling unit that serves the Robarts Research Institute MRI suite. The associated unit controls, heating and steam piping are also within the scope of work. Associated Roofing and Electrical work to complete the project is also managed under the Mechanical Contractor Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
