The required engineering task include, but are not limited to: Wastewater Treatment Options / Study o Review of previous work. o Review population and create population growth forecast. o Site investigation. o Propose options for the existing wastewater lagoon upgrades. Pre-Design Report o Site investigation and data collection. o Preliminary topographical survey. o Utility locates and determination of utility location and depth. o Preliminary design drawings, including but not limited to: Lot boundaries and grading Lot servicing Deep utilities Shallow utilities o Preliminary cost estimates. o Geotechnical Investigation. o Drainage Design. o Wastewater infrastructure requirements/upgrades Question Deadline 07/16/2025 at 10:00 AM MT Questions must be submitted by email to kreglin@clearwatercounty.ca. Clearwater County shall respond to all written requests, via email, no later than July 18, 2025, by 10:00am. Without disclosing the name of the Proponent, all questions received, and answers provided by Clearwater County shall be provided to all potential Proponents no later than two (2) days prior to the Closing Date. Estimated Contract Start Date Jul 28, 2025 Estimated Contract End Date Jul 31, 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
