Football Field and Track AccessDrive & Parking Lot Current Condition: Gravel/chat surface Required Work: Full asphalt paving 4. Baseball/Softball Complex (125feet by 125 feet) Current Condition: Gravel/chat surface Required Work: Asphalt paving withcurb 5. Parking Area Across from Elementary Current Condition: Grass surface Required Work: Asphalt paving withcurb The District reserves the right to ac-cept or reject any proposal, waive technicalities, or negotiate terms inthe best interest of the District.
