Sensory Garden Trail draft marked in RED as Attachment A.. Complete hydrology study and elevations. Provide schematic design of the trail layout, following ADA guidelines. Provide construction documents for the trail, grading and subgrade details. Provide cost estimates for dirt, subgrade materials and concrete trail. Provide any details not listed for this project to be "construction ready" with completed specifications in this document. The Contractor shall provide a list of equipment that will be assigned to the project and a proposal as to how the work will be accomplished. The Contractor shall provide a Project Supervisor, who shall be on the project the entire time the project is in operation. Any Mobilization entered on the Bid Form shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Bid Price.
