Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mesa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This is a proposed new arterial roadway segment that will connect Crismon Road between Elliot Road and Guadalupe Road. South of Guadalupe Road, Crismon Road is an existing 6-lane roadway that terminates approximately 2,400 feet to the south. North of Elliot Road, Crismon Road is an existing 3-lane roadway and terminates 2,300 feet to the north, leaving a 700-foot gap. Due to ongoing growth in the area, the need to close this gap has become a priority. It is critical to construct this roadway segment to improve northsouth connectivity for the rapidly expanding developments in southeast Mesa. This project will design the necessary improvements to connect the two existing segments. Proposed improvements include a 3-lane roadway configuration with curb, gutter, pavement, detached sidewalk, landscaping, streetlighting, striping, traffic signs and drainage improvements.
