A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Major Work consists of a Level 2, 2-Inch Overlay on Northeast Park Lane Road (near Lincoln City, OR) on County Road Number 102, as per the (Modified) 00744 Specification which is made a part of this Contract from Station 0+23.83 to Station 42+00. This work also includes Milling/Grinding a (feathered) Vertical Tapers (0 to 2-inches depth of AC overlay) as indicated on the Plans at the Beginning and End Stations for approximately 20 feet at each end. The vertical tapers will be 0-inches deep at the Start/End Stations, and will increase to 2-inches deep at approximately 20 feet from the Start/End Stations, or as otherwise directed, in order for the proposed Overlay to conform as required by the Engineer to the existing surface of the existing roadway. The vertical tapers shall be approved by the Engineer prior to paving mainline, to provide adequate conformance with the existing roadway surface at both abutting construction joints at the Start/End Stations, and such that proposed/existing surfaces of the travelled way are sufficiently flush. Bids for Overlaying Approximately 0.80 Miles of Northeast Park Lane Paving (County Road Number 102). The Road is Located Near Lincoln City, Oregon. The Bidder Must Comply as Applicable With Ors 279c.800 Through Ors279c.870 or 40 Usc 276a. Each Bidder Must Complete the Residency Statement Included in the Bid Form. Bidders Shall Be Currently Registered With the Construction Contractors Board (Ccb), Holding the Proper Registration for the Work Contemplated Herein, at the Time of Submittal. All Subcontractors Participating in the Project Shall Be Similarly Registered With the Ccb at the Time They Propose to Engage in Subcontract Work. The Ccb Registration Requirements Apply to All Public Works Contracts Unless Superseded by Federal Law. The Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid Not in Conformity With the Bid Requirements, or the Right to Reject All Bids if It is in the Best Interest of Lincoln County.
