Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gallipolis, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bidders must furnish, as a part of their bid, all materials, tools, labor, and equipment. Only ODOT prequalified contractors will be eligible to submit bids. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Gallia County or by certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in an amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Gallia County. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, various insurance requirements, federal prevailing wage requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond of 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Gallia County reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
