Site work, paving and new construction of a fire / police facility in Vero Beach, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a three-acre fire / police facility.
Plans call for a 4-bay fire station including all required site improvements, drainage, and utilities. As of December 11, 2025, this project is undergoing redesign per comments from the Indian River County building department. Once all agencies approve the plans, the owner will undergo the County RFP (bid) process to select and hire a contractor for the site work and construction. A firm timeline for construction has not been reached.
