The sealed bids shall be clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, Department of Public Works, description of bid item(s), date, time and place of opening and bid number. No bid will be accepted after time and date specified. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or in part, and to make the award in the best interest of the Town of Winchester. The notification of the intent to award the bid will be made within thirty (30) days of the bid opening date. In general, this contract consists of restriping roadways at various locations with the Town of Winchester as directed by the DPW. This includes grinding off existing striping materials, striping center line, edge lines, cross walks, stop lines, all lane graphics, such as arrows and lettering, with new painted lines and painting bike lanes as directed by the DPW.
