Reference Number 0000296845 RAT RIVER RD. WIDENING AND CULVERT REPLACEMENT The work consists of 2 areas of road widening approximately 700-800 m each, as well as the replacement of 6 culverts along Rat River Rd. between St. Pierre and Otterburne. The project is to start as soon as possible after award and be substantially completed by September 15, 2025. If the contractor is not complete the work by September 15, 2025, a penalty will be charged of $1500 per day until the work is complete. The R.M. will review the tenders on a low bid basis, but reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive formalities as the R.M. may require.
