Renovation of a municipal facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor shall provide Labor and Material for the Ceiling Grid and Tile. (A.101, AC.101) (Demo has been completed) New Ceiling Grid to tie into existing ceiling grid as needed. (D.101, A.101, AC.101) The lower level will NOT have a Drop ceiling. The ceiling will be Drywall Refer to (AC.101) for keyed note, ceiling finish legend and reflected ceiling plans. Contractor shall verify jobsite conditions to verify which grid has been removed and which grids will be tied back in In some areas the Main track for the Ceiling Grid will have to be pulled to allow a new Main track to be installed. Certified checks, bank drafts, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), Small Business Administration Guaranteed Securities, or a Bid Bond will be acceptable. *The City reserves the right to accept any bids, to reject any or all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the City.
