The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing of materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto (excepting any materials, equipment, utilities, or service, if any specified herein to be furnished by Owner or others), and performing all Work as required by the contract in accordance with the Contract Documents, all of which are made a part hereof. This project provides for construction of a 10' wide HMA path along the east side of 100th Ave NE, from NE 14th St to NE 24th St, 6' cement concrete sidewalk along the north side of NE 18th St from 98th Ave NE to 100th Ave NE, along the east side of 98th Ave NE from NE 18th St to NE 20th St, and along the north side of NE 21st St from 98th Ave NE to 100th Ave NE, raised intersections at the intersections of 100th Ave NE with NE 15th, NE 18th and NE 21st Streets, and raised crosswalks with RRFB at the intersections of 100th Ave NE with NE 14th and NE 23rd Streets. The work to be performed under this contract includes but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, remove asphalt pavement, remove cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveways, install new water main, construct storm drainage improvements, construct engineered gravity block walls, construct cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and curb ramps, construct cement concrete driveway approaches and driveways, construct asphalt shared use path, construct wood fence and wood railings, install bollards and metal railings, install rectangular rapid flash beacon systems, radar sign, and communication systems, grind and overlay asphalt pavement, install irrigation system and landscaping, channelization and signing, property restoration and miscellaneous work as necessary to complete the work as specified and shown in the Contract Documents.
