Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Leamington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be carried out under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labour, supervision, plant and materials necessary to carry out the following: 1) Project Description: Works include reconstruction of 350m of Seacliff Drive (including a new one-lane roundabout), construction of 350m of new roadway to service a future development. Additional works include storm sewer, stormwater retention chamber, sanitary sewer, trunk watermain, sidewalks, multi-use trails and street lighting. 2) Working Area: All as shown on the Drawings in Appendix A- Contract Drawings and described hereinafter or as may otherwise be directed by theContract Administrator for the: Seacliff Roundabout and Street 'E' Construction 3) The above description is general only and must not be considered as limiting the scope of work.
