Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 07/24/2025 General Requirements - Contractors License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 10 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid security, which may be a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, for an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Bossier City, Louisiana. An acceptable performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price along with a maintenance bond equal to 10% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. *The City of Bossier City reserves the right to reject any/or all bids .
