A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The selected firm will provide comprehensive project management services, which may include, but are not limited to Pre-construction planning and feasibility review Design phase management, including coordination with architects and engineers Assistance with bidding and procurement processes Construction oversight and administration Budget and schedule management Quality assurance and control Coordination with District staff, school leadership, and community stakeholders Risk management and mitigation Final project closeout and documentation The District is seeking a firm with demonstrated experience in managing school-based athletic facility construction projects. The selected firm will represent the District throughout all phases of the project, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. The Dieringer School District seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified, interested and eligible firms for construction management services for the North Tapp's Middle School turf field project.
