Re-Bid 1 - Landfill Sampling, Testing and Monitoring Services Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform Landfill Sampling, Testing and Monitoring Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Sierra Conservation Center (SCC), located at 5100 O¿Byrne¿s Ferry Road, Jamestown, California 95327. LANDFILL MONITORING SCHEDULE The Contractor shall perform environmental monitoring tasks as specified. Dates of service will be as provided by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee upon approval of the contract or upon mutually agreed upon dates. Services shall be performed during designated business hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, State holidays excluded. The State is not required to award an Agreement and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial deviations in the bid. The State’s waiver of an immaterial deviation shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the Agreement.
