The work includes the complete dismantling of the existing asphalt shingle cladding, including nails, fasteners, black paper, membranes, metal mouldings and flashings. The eavestroughs will also have to be dismantled to allow for proper replacement of the starter flashings and to ensure proper overlaps. A synthetic underlay will be installed on all roof surfaces, as well as the membranes in the areas indicated. A new layer of cellulose insulation will be installed in the attic. The contractor will supply and install all components shown on the plans, including flashings, ventilators, vent flashings and fall arrest anchors. New asphalt shingles will be applied to all roofs. Finally, complete cleaning of the site and gutters is required at the end of the work. Delivery schedule The work must be completed by 17 October 2025.
