23-2424 S, RFQ FY-25-02 General Information The Town of Plainville invites sealed proposals for the construction of a 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) Water Treatment Plant to be located at 171 East Bacon Street in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149. The work includes the construction of a new treatment facility designed to remove iron, manganese, and PFAS using greensand filtration and granular activated carbon (GAC).
