Renovation of a library in Saint-Epiphane, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
Redevelopment and expansion of its municipal library. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance is cancelled. Reference number: 20070360. The mandate includes carrying out preliminary studies, assisting in the preparation of the application for financial assistance, design (including sketches, plans and specifications), managing the call for tenders and supervising the work. The aim of this project is to ensure compliance with current standards in terms of accessibility and surface area, with a view to submitting a grant application to the Ministere de la Culture et des Communications du Quebec. The mandate is expected to last approximately 12 months following contract award. The detailed schedule will be established jointly with the selected firm, but the main steps are anticipated as follows: Preliminary studies: July to September 2025 Design (plans and specifications): September to December 2025 Submission of the grant application: fall 2025 Call for tenders for the work: winter 2026 (conditional on the grant) Start of work: spring or summer 2026 Supervision of the work: spring to autumn 2026.
