Principal items of work include construction of a new 17,500gallon steel tank digester, blower, submersible pump, site improvements and related appurtenances. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama,1985 and must submit with this bid satisfactory evidence of such license.
