The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the removal of replacing the existing EPDM roofing membrane at the Office Area, remove unused roof curbs, provide roof access ladder(s), provide electrical power upgrades in the warehouse/storage area, upgrade to LED lighting in the warehouse/storage area, revise the existing restrooms to accommodate separate men's and women's facilities, remove the existing (unused) building entrance and vestibule, provide HVAC upgrades in the office area, and convert the existing dry fire suppression system to a wet system. 5% BID SECURITY REQUIRED.
