Reference Number 0000296677 Question Acceptance Deadline 09-Jul-2025 01:30:00 PM EDT This construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2023-4098. The purpose of this project is to address operational and capacity concerns, improve safety and better accommodate future increase in traffic volumes with construction of a new modern roundabout at the intersection of Highway 15 and County Road 42 in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Township of Rideau Lakes. The proposed work includes: Construction of a new modern roundabout Realignment of the east approach of County Road 42 New illumination Resurfacing of approximately 860 m of Highway 15 north and south of the new roundabout The service provider will provide an administration office and a full compliment of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services. The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS). The assignment is planned for 2 years, starting in September 2025 and will extend until November 2026. Anticipated Assignment Start Date Monday August 18, 2025 Anticipated Completion Date Friday November 13, 2026 MTO reserves the right to reject any and all Quotation Submissions, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information. Without prejudice, MTO may request clarification where any Service Provider's intent is unclear and may waive or request amendment where, in the opinion of MTO, there is a minor irregularity or omission in the information that has been submitted in a required document.
