The duration of the contract will include a one-year base period plus four-year periods. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238330 (Flooring Contractors). Project Scope: This requirement provides for contractor support to install various types of flooring throughout Fort Leonard Wood on an as needed basis. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the installation of resilient floor tile, carpeting, linoleum, and hardwood flooring. The work to be performed may include carpet and flooring replacement, maintenance, and repair as part of routine life cycle maintenance of buildings. The work may not cover new projects or constructions. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and material, as specified herein, for installation and replacement of carpet and other floor covering materials.
