Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

For fall of 2025 Washtenaw County is requesting bids for exterior renovations to our Parks Administration building. Please direct purchasing and procedural questions regarding this RFP to Beth Duffy via e-mail only to duffyb@washtenaw.org. Please direct technical questions regarding this RFP to Thomas Power Dept contact via e-mail only at powert@washtenaw.org , with a copy to the purchasing and procedural questions contact as well. For fall of 2025 Washtenaw County is requesting bids for exterior renovations to our Parks Administration building located a 2230 Platt Rd. Ann Arbor Mi 48104. The scope outlined below should be completed by November 2025. This scope is in addition to the blanket labor and material quotes being requested and shall follow the same pricing schedule as bid upon in the bid document pricing below
