Reference Number 0000296847 Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 08, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Scope of Work/Overview: Complete all fire separation repairs as identified in study completed under BGIS project GOC1246922 Firestop/Separation Study. Findings included fire stopping required at conduit penetrations in fire separations, missing door labels, gaps around duct penetrations and other issues detailed in the study. The previous study to be reviewed and validated by the Consultant. The previous study report is to be used as a reference only and does not necessarily represent the entirety of the deficiencies. The consultant shall independently verify that the upgrades are necessary and shall identify any additional upgrades required by code. This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to any Respondent.
