No definite date for the rebid.** The project will generally consist of the following: Construction of a sewer pump station and installation of approximately 840 LF of 4-inch force main. The Bidding Documents, including the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds. 6 Each Bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Contractors must not appear on online disbarment list.
