Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Westmount, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and retail development.

Construction of a residential development on a five square block area on the southeast border of Westmount where it meets the City of Montreal boundary on the site of perilously demolished buildings. The scope of the construction program may include several towers as well as new street level retail and some greenery along Dorchester and Ste-Catherine Street, Montreal's main downtown shopping artery. TIMELINE: This construction program is very preliminary, is included in the current City Special Planning Program (SPP) and goes through approval and public consultation process. Final scope of work, budget and timelines of further project development are being finalized. Further update in late 2026/early 2027.
