**As of August 6th, 2025, the project was awarded to Willis Construction, with an awarded amount of $280,631.20.** The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of 950 SY of 6 th. PC concrete and 1,100 SY of 8 th. PC concrete; installation of 60 LF of tack-on PC concrete barrier curb; 26 EA wheel stops; 480 LF of 4 W striping; 112 SY of PC concrete ditching; 56 LF of drainage pipe (24 RCP); and related work including limestone (225 TN); imported backfill (20 CY); Type I ditching (120 LF); construction/traffic signage; miscellaneous sitework and erosion control; related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A conditional or qualified BID will not be accepted. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents shall be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above upon payment of a deposit of $200.00 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within ten (10) days after receipt of Bids (August 3, 2025) will receive a full refund ($200.00). Non-Bidders will receive a refund of $50.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Spangler Engineering, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
