Sépaq wishes to obtain bids from suppliers interested in collecting and disposing of residual and recyclable materials at the Establishments. Interested bidders must respond to this call for tenders by submitting a bid for all Establishments, including all sectors provided for in the Quote. The collection and disposal of residual and recyclable materials (the "Services") must be carried out in accordance with these general and specific terms and conditions, attached to the quote attached to Appendix A (the "Quote") and under the terms of the service contract to be entered into between Sépaq and the successful bidder (the "Supplier"), a draft of which is attached as Appendix B hereto (the "Contract"), as well as all other documents forming part of this call for tenders. The Contract will be for a period of five (5) years, i.e. from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2031, with no possibility of renewal.
