A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs at Grace King High School (Currently Haynes Academy for Advanced Studies) - Hurricane Ida Damage Repair at Grace King High 4301 Grace King Pl. Metairie, Louisiana 70002 . Project scope consists of Hurricane Ida repairs includes replacing membrane roof systems, metal roof system, ceiling systems, flooring, and wall repairs. The Work generally consists of the following major components for the construction of renovations and repairs: Selective demolition; proper disposal of debris and demolished construction; protection and preservation of all existing work to remain; temporary dust barriers and construction barriers; clean up; final clean up; contract close out; and all work as described/indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work also generally consists of the following major components: 1. Replace roofs. 2. Replace ceiling systems. 3. Replace flooring. 4. Repair damaged walls. 5. Relocate and provide temporary storage if necessary for building contents throughout construction. The Owner has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities The full deposit of one set of documents will be refunded to each General Contractor. For additional sets of documents and for documents issued to subcontractors or material suppliers the cost for reproduction of each set will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded. Refunds will only be made for documents returned to the architect / engineer within ten (10) days after the opening of bids. Refunds will only be made on documents retuned complete, in good condition and unmarked. Sealed proposals shall be marked on the envelope cover, plainly and prominently with the following: a) bidders name, address and telephone number b) State License Number of Contractor if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and c) the statement Proposal for (project name and number).
