"Purlsong Wastewater Treatment Facility New MBR System Supplier." Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Provide and deliver to the site listed in the bid documents a Package Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Wastewater Treatment System that is a complete, pre-engineered system for wastewater treatment including testing and assistance with system start-up. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashier's check,acceptable to the Owner,in the amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the form provided and provide the required insurance certificates and Bonds within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid.
