Demolition, site work and new construction of a residential development in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Village seeks proposals from qualified private developers, persons or other entities (Developer) interested in undertaking the purchase and development of the Village owned Project Site, currently zoned TOD-MU, for a work-force housing development providing homeownership opportunities. The Project Site is located east of the Los Lunas Transportation Center, 101 Courthouse Rd. SE, Los Lunas, NM, and as shown on Exhibit "A" of this RFP. In addition to being economically feasible, any pro-posed redevel opment of the Project Site should com-plement the Transportation Center MR Plan. The Village Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals And to End the Selection process at Its Discretion.
