Work shall include: Roofing, flooring, weather proofing, carpentry, water heater, smoke detectors, termite treatment, exterior doors, interior ramp, and demolition, the project is approximately 828 square feet living area and approximately 1082 square feet building area. DEMOLITION: Remove all roof covering and floor covering throughout the house. Remove floor decking, roof decking and siding that is, rotted or damaged. Remove water heater. CARPENTRY: WOOD: CARPENTRY All wood to be used shall be #2 Southern Pine W.W. or better. Provide and install all new materials and replace all rotted, damaged, or missing, framing, trim, roof and floor decking and all other materials exposed during construction. Replace any rotten or damaged gable siding, damaged trim, molding, headers, stools, aprons, studs, rafters and joists. New materials shall match existing materials in size, color, design and value. EXTERIOR DOORS OPENING: CARPENTRY Provide and install all necessary labor and materials to modify the front door exterior opening for a 3068-door unit. Provide and install all necessary labor and materials to modify the back door exterior opening for a custom 36-inch-wide door unit. FLOOR LEVELING / FRAMING: CARPENTRY Provide and install all necessary floor joist, floor beams, concrete piers, and supports for a level floor throughout the house. FLOOR DECKING: CARPENTRY Provide and install 4'x8'x 3/4" tongue and groove plywood sub-floor decking where damaged, rotted or missing throughout the house
