The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Public Lift Station No. 9 and Utility Extensions including but not limited to the construction of a six-foot (6') diameter pre-cast concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, complete with two (2) submersible grinder pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings, site work, concrete pavement, 8-inch (8") and 12-inch (12") on-site sanitary sewer piping including well pointing and dewatering as necessary, manholes, 2.5-inch (2.5") on-site force main, water line, RPZ backflow preventer, natural gas line, one (1) 45-kW natural gas generator with sound attenuated weatherproof enclosure, generator concrete slab, automatic transfer switch, manual transfer switch, lift station control panel, automatic telephone dialer, SCADA panel, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire, service rack slab with canopy, approximately 569 linear feet of 8-inch (8") offsite sanitary sewer, approximately 566 linear feet of 2.5-inch (2.5") offsite force main, manholes, materials testing, and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
