Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to pull existing well motor/discharge column/well pump; take well motor/discharge column/ well pump to be examined to determine if any repairs are necessary and provide written inspection report; bail and dispose of oil at the top of the static water level; video surveys of well; wire brush well; remove fill; well disinfection; motor reconditioning; clean, prime, paint and reuse existing well discharge head; reassemble and set well pump/discharge column/well motor; site restoration; Complete in Place. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 at 10:00 AM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer through www.civcastusa.com. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
