The City of San Antonio (City) Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide post closure landfill maintenance and repairs for several facilities, and designated facilities prior to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle D. The tasks shall include, checking the flare, thermal couplers, igniters and wiring, spark plugs and associated components, as well as checking blower, gauges, shutdown valves and pressure regulator components at the Landfill Gas Collection System (LFG) as needed. The contracted firm shall also repair or replace pumps, discharge lines, and valves at monitoring wells and leachate and condensate systems. Respondents may submit written questions concerning this RFQ to the Staff Contact Person listed below until 4:00 p.m., Central Time, on June 18, 2025. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. All questions shall be sent by e-mail. Questions submitted and the City's responses will be posted with this solicitation.
