Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools, and equipment for the removal and replacement of a complete motor control center as shown on the plans and specifications including providing a temporary motor control center during construction, and all cabling, conduit, wire, and associated items required for a complete and functioning electrical system. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through Online. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. Question Deadline 08/04/2025 at 2:00 PM CT The deadline to ask questions. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer through Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as being a plan holder. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
