Reference Number 0000384385 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 5 years This Fast Track RFP seeks to procure a qualified design firm to support the Airport Office Building (AOB) Restack Renovation Project (Project), which requires comprehensive design services for floors 6-10 of the AOB, guided by DEN's Workplace Design Guidelines. The selected design team must verify existing conditions and work with stakeholders to develop plans that align with industry trends, building codes, sustainability goals, and DEN Workplace Strategy. Key objectives include increasing workplace density, improving operational efficiency, and upgrading building infrastructure to meet current demands and energy goals. It is essential for the design team to clearly define the phasing requirements and temporary measures needed to maintain uninterrupted facility operations. This includes providing detailed drawings that outline staging areas, temporary utilities, and access routes to support ongoing activities while adhering to safety and security protocols. Additionally, in collaboration with the construction management (CM) team, the design team will assist the Project Management Team (PMT) in deciding whether the Project should proceed with phased construction documents to accelerate the delivery of construction activities. All specifications and drawings must comply with DEN Standards and applicable codes, while incorporating findings from DEN's Workplace Design Guidelines.
