Question Deadline 07/11/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) should be directed to: Scott Tillman, Director of Planning and Operations E-mail: stillman@rpcgb.org The RPCGB invites qualified professional planning Consultants/Firms or consultant teams having expertise in the following areas: o Transit planning- DR requirements for RPCGB and/or FTA 5310 program management activities o Management of FTA 5310 Program o Title VI/DBE Reporting o Experience working with transit providers and utilizing the TrAMs software o Managing FTA 5310 awards with local nonprofit organizations The Firm will provide services to the RPCGB, serving as an extension of RPCGB staff. Work activities may be broad and varied, from supplementing the RPCGB staff on tasks related to transit or MPO planning activities. Contract Award Once the selection process is complete, the RPCGB intends to contract with the selected Firm for a period of three (3) years, with the option to extend the contract for up to one (1) additional year. The master contract between the RPCGB and the selected Firm will not include a scope of work or contract amount but will include a list of annual Certified Labor Rates (with Audited Overhead Rates and Billable Overhead Rates) that have been approved by the Alabama Department of Transportation's Bureau of Finance and Audits, External Audit Section. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
