Reference Number 0000391542 The selected Solar Installation Contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, installation services, and incidental items required to successfully install the Solar Photovoltaic Array on the Main Administration Building located on the Northern Water Campus, in accordance with the approved engineered design. This includes but is not limited to the supply, transportation, and installation of the system components, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. A more detailed description is attached hereto as (Attachment B). Northern Water is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Solar Photovoltaic Installation Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials and completing the installation of a new solar photovoltaic (PV) array on the roof of the Main Administration Building (Building A) at Northern Water's Berthoud Campus. Northern Water will enter an agreement with the selected firm and a purchase order will be created for the project based on the proposal pricing. The duration of this agreement will be one year. Northern Water may elect to renew this agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms by providing written notice of renewal to the Contractor at least 30 days prior to expiration of the current term of the agreement. The selected firm has the option to not extend the agreement by providing a written notice at least 45 days prior to the agreement expiration date.
