The proposed improvement includes the installation of 100 decorative steel street light poles including luminaires (all furnished by the owner); removal of light pole units, removal of electrical cable from unit duct, unit duct cleaning, electrical cable installation in existing unit duct; new concrete foundations, existing concrete foundation repair, lighting controller removal; lighting controller installation; and all other appurtenant construction.
