Recommendation to submit bids electronically The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, consequently, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically via the SEAO. Authorization to contract/Revenu Quebec certification It is strongly suggested that tenderers apply as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, for their Revenu Quebec attestation and, where applicable, their application for authorisation to contract from the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to Tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a duration of 36 months from its effective date. The likely date for services to begin is September 1, 2025. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION The bid must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the bid amount. When the tender is submitted in paper form, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, an irrevocable letter of guarantee, a certified cheque, money order or bill of exchange and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article 'Tender guarantee' of the Instructions to Bidders. When the tender is submitted electronically, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a deposit or an irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article 'Tender guarantee'. of the Instructions to Bidders. CONDITIONS Only submitted bids that meet the following conditions will be considered: Bidder must hold the required licences under the Building Act. The public opening of tenders shall take place on the closing date and time indicated for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for any person to attend this opening is to watch it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, neither recording nor broadcasting it.
