Site work for a water / sewer project in Cold Lake, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes: .1 Construction of sewage pumping station including excavation, dewatering, shoring and bracing, concrete substructure, building enclosure complete with mechanical and electrical components; .2 Construction of approx. 4,400 lin.m. of 200 mm dia. HDPE DR17 sewage force main, 750 lin.m. of 250 mm HDPE DR9 sewage force main, 91 lin.m. of 324 mm steel casing, including valves, air release assemblies, and tie-in; .3 Replacement and re-alignment of approx. 1,050 lin.m. of 200 mm dia. PVC sewer main, including manholes; .4 Decommissioning of three pumping stations and the sewage lagoon; .5 Clean up of site; .6 Repair of defects for two years after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineers. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
